Danielle Sonntag is Lieser Skaff Alexander’s Office Administrator. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and for ensuring that the firm provides high-caliber customer service to its clients. Danielle attended Florida State University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She started at Lieser Skaff Alexander in 2014 and was quickly promoted to the role of Office Administrator.
Danielle is responsible for bookkeeping, monthly billing, collections, scheduling, marketing, and special projects. She also spearheads human resources and facility management issues. Danielle takes great pleasure in ensuring that the firm runs smoothly and that each client receives the attention and responsiveness they deserve.
Francesca Giambanco is Lieser Skaff Alexander’s Assistant Office Administrator. She joined the firm in January of 2018 as a Legal Assistant and transitioned into the Assistant Office Administrator role in May of 2021. Francesca previously worked as a Legal Assistant and a Trial Assistant for the Solicitor General in Atlanta, Georgia.
She is currently responsible for various administrative services at the firm, including client management, employee management and providing overall support to our staff. She ensures the LSA team is always providing excellent customer service to all of our clients and ensures the firm runs smoothly each and every day.
Francesca graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Affairs concentrating in Diplomatic and International Service.
She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
Robin Bradley is a Lieser Skaff Alexander Paralegal and brings over 17 years of experience to our firm. Her diverse background includes litigation support and audit services. She works with legal assistants and attorneys as part of our team that delivers superior legal services to our clients.
Robin graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery with a Legal Assistant (paralegal) Certificate, a Health Care Administration and Policy Certification, a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice and Public Safety and a Master’s Degree in Judicial Administration.
Katie Turley is a Lieser Skaff Alexander Paralegal and brings over 10 years of legal experience to the firm. Her background includes legal support for commercial and civil litigation. Katie plays a key role in delivering superior legal services to our clients while working with legal assistants and attorneys in a multifaceted capacity.
Katie graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology, and Charleston Southern University with a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, Summa Cum Laude. She is a Certified Paralegal (CP) and a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP). She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Paralegal Association and has done so for several years.
Dot Bourgeois is a Lieser Skaff Alexander Legal Assistant. She works with paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys to provide our clients with the best customer service through various legal tasks required to move cases forward. She is also responsible for speaking with prospective clients of the firm. She takes great pleasure in ensuring all prospective clients and current clients are well informed and that everyone receives the attention and responsiveness they deserve.
Dot comes to Lieser Skaff Alexander with over 4 years of experience forming and maintaining client relationships, as an Operations Manager with a staffing company. She received her bachelor’s degree in Coastal Environmental Science from Louisiana State University, and she is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Global Sustainability at the University of South Florida.
Shawna Taylor-Penella is a Lieser Skaff Alexander Legal Assistant. She works with paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys to provide superior service to our clients and potential clients. Shawna greets all potential clients on the phone and takes great pleasure in assisting them through the intake process and transitioning them to a client of the firm. She is also responsible for various administrative services including filing, handling front office reception, and special projects.
Shawna spent 8 years in the U.S. Navy, working as a Hospital Corpsman; after getting out, she went on to complete her Associates of Arts Degree, in Mass Communications, from Hillsborough Community College. She is continuing her education and is a student at Saint Leo University, where she is working on her Bachelor of Arts Degree, in English.
