Michael J. Bayern is of-counsel at Lieser Skaff’s Tampa office. Michael’s practice currently focuses on business and real estate litigation. Michael has extensive litigation and courtroom experience.
In his early career, Michael practiced as an Assistant Public Defender in Orlando, Florida. At the Public Defender’s Office, Michael litigated many misdemeanor and felony cases and successfully conducted numerous jury trials for his clients.
Michael graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Arts in Crime, Law, and Justice and a minor in Sociology. He then went on to attend law school at the American University Washington College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, Michael served as Vice President for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society and was a national semi-finalist in the ABA Arbitration Competition.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. He and his wife also mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.
