Prior to joining Lieser Skaff, Lauren represented national and multinational corporations and insurance carriers in third-party civil defense litigation, with a focus on commercial premises and commercial transportation matters involving personal injury and wrongful death. She also defended clients in first-party homeowners insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, as well as professional malpractice matters.
Since relocating to Tampa in 2022, Lauren has become very involved in the local legal community and organizations including the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers. Lauren received her B.A. degree from Florida State University in 2018. Lauren was an active member of the UM Law community. While there, she served as a member of the Honor Counsel and interned with UM’s Professional Responsibility and Ethics Program. She also served as treasurer and founding member of UM’s Disabled Law Student Association, advocating for a more accessible and disability-conscious campus through learning events and discussion panels.
When not at work, Lauren can be found spending time with friends and family, walking on Bayshore, or trying out Tampa’s newest restaurants.
