Lieser Skaff joined the North Hyde Park Alliance immediately upon purchasing a new office building in the area on N. Howard Ave. The Alliance’s mission is to maintain and improve the quality of life for residents and business people in the area by promoting progress in the areas of transportation, beautification, crime prevention education and marketing the revitalized area.
