Former LS Attorney Daniel Drake was published in the Tampa Bay Business Journal to discuss the risk of landlords could begin evictions in the coming weeks. Florida’s statewide moratorium on evictions protected COVID-impacted renters but this protection ended on September 1 st and it is expected that many landlords will begin eviction proceedings at this time.
