Bo Sellitti is a Partner at Lieser Skaff, where she concentrates her practice on complex business litigation. With over two decades of experience in both private practice and in-house counsel roles, Bo brings a wealth of legal experience to her clients. She is known for her ability to navigate multifaceted disputes with a balance of strategic insight and practical solutions.

Before joining Lieser Skaff, Bo served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for a large national bank. In that capacity, she oversaw a wide array of litigation matters and provided guidance to the bank’s leadership on evolving legal and regulatory requirements. Her work included advising the commercial bank on compliance with regulatory changes as well as counseling the consumer bank’s servicing business on obligations under federal and state law and the legal implications of new business initiatives. In private practice, Bo has represented clients in diverse areas of litigation, including commercial, real estate, consumer finance, and estate disputes. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable experience working for an Am Law 100 firm and a full-service Florida law firm.

A native of Maryland, Bo earned her undergraduate degree from Tufts University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, where she received the CALI Excellence Award in Discrimination Law. She has made Florida her home throughout her legal career, practicing in Sarasota and Tampa.
