Will Roberts is a partner at Lieser Skaff. With over twelve years’ experience in civil litigation, Will has successfully represented clients in a wide range of matters, including real property matters, ad valorem tax, commercial litigation, regulatory, administrative, and citrus/agricultural related matter. Will’s practice currently focuses on complex real estate and business litigation.
As a Florida native, Will is known for his ability to navigate the intricacies of Florida law. He understands the unique needs of Florida businesses, property owners, developers, and landlords. He is dedicated to advocating for clients’ rights and delivering excellent results.
Will attended the University of Mississippi School of Law where he graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctorate in 2011. Prior to attending law school, Will obtained his Master of Education from DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida.
Will was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011 and is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Will enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
