Bo is a Partner at Lieser Skaff. She has experience in a broad range of litigation matters and currently focuses her practice on business litigation. Prior to joining LS, Bo spent many years as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for a large National Bank. The bulk of that time was in their litigation department, but she also took on roles advising the commercial bank on legal and regulatory changes and advising the consumer bank’s servicing business on legal obligations and legal implications of new business ventures. In the early part of her career, Bo was with a Florida based full-service law firm handling commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and estate litigation. Bo also practiced consumer financial litigation with an Am Law 100 law firm.
Bo is originally from a Maryland suburb of Washington D.C. and received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, where she was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. After four years of cold Boston area winters, Bo made her way to south to William & Mary Law School in Virginia. While in law school, Bo received the CALI award for excellence in Discrimination Law. After law school, Bo continued south to warm and sunny Florida where she has spent her entire legal career in Sarasota and Tampa.
In her free time, Bo enjoys volunteering, traveling with her husband and two kids, cooking, and reading.
