Ben is a new Associate Attorney at Lieser Skaff, representing businesses, property owners, and landlords across a broad range of legal matters, including business and commercial litigation, real estate law, construction disputes, and corporate transactions.
Ben’s background is rooted in both business strategy and legal advocacy. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business in 2022 before receiving his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2025.
This dual foundation enables Ben to approach complex legal disputes and transactions with a sharp commercial perspective, ensuring his clients’ underlying business objectives remain the priority.Through diverse internship and prior legal experience, Ben has developed strong capabilities in legal research, analytical writing, public speaking, and client advocacy. Thriving in fast-paced, high-stress environments, he prides himself on maintaining exceptional organization, a tireless work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to professional, compassionate client service.
Outside of the office, Ben is particularly passionate about the intersection of sports, business, and the law.
